Alex was hired by the Milpitas Police Department in 2005 as a Police/Fire Dispatcher. Alex was hired as a Police Officer in 2008. Alex worked Patrol, Investigations and as a Field Training Officer.

Officer Craig Solis has been a Milpitas Police Officer since 2001. He is currently assigned as a Detective in the Investigation Bureau. During his tenure, he has been a DARE Officer, a High School Resource Officer, a Field Training Officer, and a Defensive Tactics Instructor. During his off time, he enjoys spending time with his family and his English bulldog, Sumo.

Kimberley Hagen is a 22-year veteran of the Milpitas Police Department.She is was elected Secretary of the Police Association in June 2013. Kimberley has served on the association board for the last 12 years.
Kimberley is currently a Communications Training Officer and Tactical Dispatcher in the Communications Division of the police department.
Kimberley has a Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Justice with a secondary major in Health from San Jose State University.

Kevin Jackson was hired as a Patrol Officer by the Milpitas Police Department in July 2005 and was later promoted to Police Officer in January, 2006. He has served as a D.A.R.E. Instructor with the Police Community Relations Unit and as a DUI Enforcement Officer with the Traffic Safety Unit. Kevin is a Field Evidence Technician with an expertise in Arson Investigations, a member of the department’s Mobile Field Force (Riot Team), a Peer Support Team member, a Bicycle Enforcement Team member, a Field Training Officer, and a member of the department’s Honor Guard.
Kevin was named the 2013 Milpitas Police Department Employee of the Year. He received the State of California MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) Hero Award in 2012 and 2013, the Santa Clara County MADD Award in 2012, 2013 and 2014 and had the most DUI arrests for the Milpitas Police Department in 2011 and 2012. Kevin was one of the first police officers in the United States to become a Certified Evidence Collection Technician specific to fire scenes through the International Association of Arson Investigators.
Kevin graduated from San Jose State University with a Master's Degree in Justice Studies. He also graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Jose State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a minor in Communication Studies. Kevin teaches Crime Scene Investigations at the annual Santa Clara County Police Explorer Academy. He also teachers Crime Scene Investigations at Fire Scenes to law enforcement officers, fire personnel, and district attorneys throughout the State of California. Kevin has been the Milpitas Police Officers Association Treasurer since 2016.

Dave Morris was hired as a Police Officer by the Milpitas Police Department in October 1999. He has served as a Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, Hostage Negotiator, member of the department’s Mobile Field Force (Riot Team), and proudly serves on the Honor Guard. He previously held positions as a Detective and Motorcycle Officer.
In 2004, he was recognized as the Officer of the Year and also awarded the department Life Saving Medal in 2010. Dave was recognized by the Silicon Valley Crime Stoppers in 2004 and 2018 for excellence in crime fighting. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management from Grand Canyon University.
Dave was promoted to Sergeant in 2013, and currently holds the position of Detective-Sergeant. He has served on the Milpitas Police Officer Association board since 2004.
Steve Parodi was hired as a Police Officer by the Milpitas Police department in 2001. He is a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Steve has served as a patrol/narcotic detection canine handler and as a Gang Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit. Steve is currently assigned to Patrol Services as a Field Training Officer.
Ed Gallardo was hired as a Police Officer with the Milpitas Police Department in 2001. Ed is currently assigned as a Detective in the Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit. Ed has served as a department Armorer, Gang Investigator, S.W.A.T. Team member, and as a Field Training Officer for Patrol Services.
